Check out this Yummilicious Pepper Chicken/Murgh Kalimirch , one of my favorite chicken preparations, and a good natural and tasty remedy for the cold.. Mighty tasty too. I believe in natural healing, and believe me Pepper Chicken is a good Natural Remedy for even mild fever.

Check out this Brinjal and Podi Curry, Podi is a lentil based spice mix. This is dried version, so those who gets the itch from brinjal, me included, not to worry. The itch is when it is cooked wet. Which is why you love Baingan Bharta even if you thought you were allergic to baingan.

Nice line-up of recipes Tony ! I have tried vegetable biriyani already , and have to tell u its very very tasty. Iam yet to try the rest, soon.
I tried your Capsicum Zhunka with SHilpas' Konkani Sambar. Both were delicious. Thanx for the nice recipe. I wasnt able to take pictures coz i had few guests. But next time ill take pics and post it in my treasured recipes page.
Tony, thanks for Curry Mela. It is a good time-saving way of finding out 'what's been cooking' in the blogospere. It makes it much easier to choose what interests us, instead of having to go to each individual blog, which takes up a lot of time.
