I am back...I have saved the curry Mela in Draft....
Will Post it after 12 hour Gee...
For the Recipe, It was cooked in a very simple way.
3 medium sized Pomfrets slitted slightly ( Optional).
Marinate the Pomfret in salt and a little turmeric and keep for an hour.
Now heat 3 TBS Mustard oil in a Pan and shallow fry the pomfret in medium heat for 5 minutes . on each side.( It shouldn't burn) Keep Aside.
Keep in medium heat and
In the remaining oil, splutter a TSP each of Mustard seeds and Shahi Jeera.
Also add 2 bayleaves and 2 red kashmiri chillis and two sliced green chilli.
Add half tsp of meethi seed.
Now add, I tsp each of Ginger and garlic coarsely ground.
Add less than half a tsp (1/3rd) each of turmeric, jeera powder, dhania powder.
Add one cup water and let boil.
Add salt to taste and then add the fish and Shimmer for 5 more minutes .
Garnish with Coriander....

ohhh man your bachelor cooking thing is tempting and sizzling enough ,, tell you what dude ...i respect your tallent or rather art of new age survival knog urban culture.. and i have an equally challenging art and the very existence of my art is rooted to the people like you. So cook the boo..next time if anyone(most likely close friend of yours) place you a nice call and set the mood swing for a home cooking session may be with an offer of a bottle of best wine , tell you what you are booked.He/She is one of me...help you cook the best,,then eat best, drink the best and take the best of the time.. ..An Art for the Shake of Art...look around it is rampant.....ha haaaaaaa ...i used to cooke excellent,, i bet i am of more varity than you...but now I upgraded my art...I belong to the one who place a call and brings you a bottle of wine...most cases,, they are more read, exposed, and experiences watch out or upgrade your art ,,, ha haaaaa best part of this art... we never let you realize ...
