Looking forward to it, Tony! Can you tell me by what time in India we need to submit our entries by? I am always confused on whether you do it on Friday/Saturday?

A few doubts about the curry mela as I am new to this:
It doesn't have to be a curry, right? I saw that there are all types of dishes, but just wanted to make sure.
Also, does it have to be a recipe from the current week?

RP and Lakshmi: the rule is that there is no rule. it just has to be a recipe. And a picture is recommended. Curry not in the literal sense. it is the event's name.. cakes and bakes and Pasta and chinese and everthing there is that can be cooked and eat...
