@ ANon1: That is deep fry with little oil.. bachelor cooking :). You don;t need to cover the fish in oil to deep fry.. Not SHallow fry or tawa fry either :)

Sorry but the rui looks disgusting.Don't mind it. Many of my recipes look pretty foul too but taste good. Someone said a fantastic fish dish of mine looked sweaty. I guess hunger is the main ingredient in the taste factor.
